  together with credit or debit card details to
  secure the booking
• Payment can be made by cash, debit card or
  credit card (we make a 2% charge on credit
  card transactions). Sorry, we no longer
  accept payment by cheques
• Check In is from 1.00pm until 7.00pm. Later
  arrivals by prior arrangement only
• Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on
  morning of departure.
• Hazeldene is now totally NON SMOKING
  throughout
• The Proprietors reserve the right to amend prices
  without prior notification.
• In order to give our guest's the best value tariff
  whilst maintaining the quality of our
  accommodation and service, we don't take
  reservations from commission based online
  booking agencies. Agencies charge accommodation providers between 10 and 20% of the value of
  your stay. Whilst no charge is made to you
  initially, that fee may already have been added to your quote.
